The Kitsap Peninsula Soccer Referees Association (KPSRA) is a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) affliated organization. We are charged with developing and assigning referees to USSF affiliated and High School soccer matches in Mason, Kitsap, Jefferson and Clallam counties. For assigning we utilize the ArbiterSports.com system. Most of our acitivity is generated at the ArbiterSports.com website. Click on the link above to get to that site. Are you interested in becoming a referee? There is online training and the region has local clinics being offered in July and August. Start by contacting the KPSRA Secretary Stephen Bucy
